Using circuit 58 to power the foglights would provide power to them in both the parking light and lowbeam positions. This is what the JAPAN version of the G6 bridge adapter does. My guess is that is what you bought to make things work for your US spec car. That or they did some funky wiring up of a relay to activate off of a switchable power source such as circuit 15.
It would only power the foglights, as there are no DL's present in the US spec cars, only reflectors.
I will be checking with PAUERMAN tonight on getting the necessary items to move this conversion forward, so stay tuned.
