Did you try any pro audio installers/retailers. They usually have a lot in there supplier catalogs that aren't off the shelf items. I had a Rockford Fostgate plate. it was 4x 6 (ish). It had a tweeter and a small mid (3.5 maybe) I was a LONG time ago and I forget the details, but a proper audio store should be able to help.
