I seem to recall there was one other chopped 911. It was one of those guys that used to race Mulholland Drive back in the late '70's. His was done differently though. I think he laid his cowl back so he could use the stock 911 window uncut. I always liked the roofline of that car but thought the cowl treatment was bulky. Yours is much cleaner.

I believe this is the car. I did not know about it till after I started mine.

as for the windshield, I spent the winter practicing on broken windshields the local safelite gave me. Several different methods later and $ invested in tools (most that did not work), I can now cut windshields like butter.
