Cold exhaust pipes + warm engine exhaust gas = condensation on every car. Key is to make sure you take trips long enough to burn it off. Most cars have mufflers with purposely placed holes in them to drain the exhaust of condensation. However the 911 banana muffler doesn't have any drain holes. So it's good to make sure most trips are long enough to burn it off and reduces the opportunity for muffler to rust-through on account of the condensation rich with exhaust gases.
