[Les Paul]

Stories like this one make me think there are still finds out there. I live in a town of 20,000.I have the only 356 in town that I've seen in the last 15 years. Winter before last I was doing some bodywork in my driveway and a guy drove up in a mail truck. Usual questions and he drops one on me.

There is a car just like this one in a barn. Hasn't moved since 62. It says Carrera on the back though. Serviceman bought it in Germany then drove it 6 years living in England and had it shipped home. Was killed in a car crash and died before the car got home.

Hasn't moved and his wife is thinking of selling it. Bla bla bla.

I told him if it was a 56 I would give him 1,000 bucks. 2,000 if it were indeed a Carrera. Just tell me where. Gave him my # and am still waiting for the call. It would be a great find either way.
