Yes. He has extensive frame repair experience. When I was in college in the early 90s, I bought an '89 Civic that had been hit by a train in the driver door /quarter panel. Roof was slightly bucked, pan dented in about 1 foot. He fixed it, I drove it for a year and a half at which point I sold it for a profit and paid my last year's tuition.
