Honestly, it does not look that bad. If you have the time, place and skill that looks to be a good restoration project. I bought my 68 shell for $300 and it needed everything done. I like assuming everything needs to be done rather than feel fooled later on. I would try and get it for what you know you can sell some of the parts for.
