With regard to eBay seats, you get what you pay for.
I got a set of Cobra RS seats for my 83SC and I love them. That said I don't have any back issues to speak of.
You might want to keep your eyes open for a pair of sport seats right here the pelican classifieds.
If money is an issue you'll likely have to be patient for a good used pair at a good price.
You will also have to consider mounting brackets for anything not stock. You can usually buy them or if you're handy, make them.
