Yes, clockwise is Richening. Not sure on the PSI but before it was just under spec and now it's within. My Euro never had bogging at WOT, just at idle up slowly it would hesitate.
Hence, why I kept telling you to either replace your FD with one of the Black ones or maybe send it to that Rebuilder place and have them Rebuild and Set your Adjustable parts to Spec. He's closer to you so turnaround would be a lot faster for you.
I also didn't have time to drive it yesterday, but will give it a road test after work.
