You are a lucky man... really like the color and I don't get off on red usually but thats just gorgeous. I'm sure your wife will love the car, especially since it's basically stock and will ride comfortably.
I used to have a '76 BMW 2002 in a similar color. They called it granatrot or granite red metallic.
Blue is my favorite color and next to Porsche's venetian blue metallic I like the color of your car a close second best.
