I don't believe that they will start testing for things they never tested for on older cars. The only problem for us will be if they go over to the dyno based tests. I've heard they are harder to pass. Don't they do that in LA? I never seem to hear complaints from those guys. The other problem will be for people with heavily modified cars who get selected under the random testing program. The good thing is that they are only supposed to test like 500 cars per year so it's a drop in the bucket.
