Got a screaming deal on a Best Buy "blowout" of a Blu Ray WiFi player. LG BD670. Didn't even know all the features when I bought it. The price ($154) was irresistible. Put it on my WiFi as soon as I realized it had that option. Good to have, but I do have an Apple TV and mostly use that.

If I did not have the Apple TV. I think the BD670 would give me about 80% of the capabilities. But I haven't explored it fully.

Our company was approached by vTuner to provide logos for all our web shows, so I know there are some new connected devices coming out this Fall that will have an improved selection of web "channels" rather than just going to YouTube on your TV and poking around. Looking forward to seeing how these new "convergence devices" work out.
