I go to Oostende, police range where the Navy folks also have a gun club. It's not military, but most folks at the club are..25 100 meters.. Best equiped range in the area.
There is a range in Roeselare, but haven't seen it, only 25 meter if I'm not mistaken.
Not sure if you as a foreigner could shoot, gun laws are rather strict
