brine them for about 20 minutes. pepper them. i put them on skewers so i can move them around easier. grill them fast and hot. dont over cook them.
then serve them with some melted herb butter. if you are adventurous, grill them in their shells and serve them "peel and eat". they taste way better, but the shells can be a PIA for some people.
