If you can get Sal & Judy's BBQ Marinade, use that. If not, I use Worstershire, liquid smoke, lemon, garlic, fresh tyme. Marinate for about 1/2 hour. Then I skewer. I used to skewer them all close together, but now I do it spread out a little between each. Each way comes out a bit different.
Very important is to have nice, big and clean shrimp. Make sure to de-vein.
