Yeah, if I could make a video of the low speed runs, you can hear it mis-firing pretty bad. I believe my WUR really is the culprit. I am just debating on having mine rebuilt or just go with the Digital WUR by Unwired Tools.

Yeah, ignition timing is spot on as I had to put it back to where it was last Smog Check. Cam Timing I didn't check but looks like I at least need to verify it. I also needs to pull the plugs as I kick myself for not at least doing that the day before the test.
