I'm on my second dyson Vacuum. The first was good and lasted until we had an idiot show up to clean our house. She broke several parts trying to pry it apart.
We just got the top of the line Dyson canister vac. I don't think I'd have paid $600, but we got it on clearance at Sears for $300 so it was a smokin' deal. It REALLY sucks. But when you're talking vacuums, that's good. Still, I think some of the Miele features would have been nice to have. But, it's hard to argue a REALLY good Dyson for $300 vs a great Miele for $1000. I suppose at least it's not a $1900 Kirby.
