The lenses are the same. The only differences between the US and ROW foglight lenses are that the blank reflectors in ours are replaced with those DL receptacles. Those receptacles are the same as used for the foglights, only without that light shield over the bulb. That and the two DL adjustment holes are not drilled out in ours.
