Jacksonville is a bit of an enigma, a best of times, worst of times sort of thing.
Location is everything...blocks mean the difference between squalor and cool. Where your job may be will dictate a lot.
Jax is also spread out and the traffic is tough, stop light tough, miles and miles of it.
