Yep, the pork tenderloins with that dry rub are the #1 requested dinner around my house and among our friends. Recipe below and you can all experiment from there. It adds sweet, salty and spicy to the meat.
1-2 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp kosher/sea salt
1 tbsp fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp allspice
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp
Tuscan herbs
1 tbsp McCormick Hot Shot Black & Red pepper blend
Mix in a bowl and coat the tenderloins about 1 hr before grilling. Reserve some for sprinkling over the meat after cooking.
