I upgraded to an Atrix from an iPhone. Lots of good apps for both as mentioned n the other linked threads.
I will say that my favorite app is probably Google Voice. I only use it for "visual voicemail" because I got really spoiled by the iPhone version of voicemail. Google Voice gives me the same functionality plus it attempts to transcribe it and emails me the text, which is occasionally hilarious.
