DaveBerry - I totally agree, thus my questions. I also had some maintenance done yesterday which entailed a brake/clutch fluid change, upgraded to S/S brake lines, installed new water pump, flushed and changed coolant and thermostat, replaced front axle boots and CV joints and installed a new ploy-rib belt.
Preventative maintenance and our rides should last awhile is the thought.
