I love Angelo's on Mulberry Street in Little Italy. The best Italian food I've had had! It's not too hard to get a table and not too high priced like many places in Manhatten. Also, Bubby's in Tribeca is cool. It's got a neighborhood atmosphere and is more American / comfort food with famous pies. Anyone at your hotel should be able to fill you in on the exact address.
