Looks to me like they went to much for the killshot for the alleged murderer - lesser charge might have been an easier conviction.

What little I saw it was a thin case -- and I agree that reasonable doubt has become very blurry - as in no doubt.

Now that said --the little girl is dead and no one is responsible ??? She ended up in a swamp and got there by some sort of panicked accident?

Some here have said this is the system working --If this thing is an example of said system working --game over way over --somebody has to at some point be responsible but any more in the US no one is responsible for anything.
