does it hurt to have extra tools lying around?

OTOH, my rule is I can usually use a jigsaw on small stuff - I have "just" one recip. saw -- an old timey Milwaukee -- made before cordless tools existed I think

beat up but still works great (like all Milwaukee tools, it is hard to kill)
