+1 it's the timing /balance shafts belts cover,at one point the hose was deleted but can't remember starting which year,know for a fact that it is deleted on the 89 model.

You got three pieces to those covers ,the rear cover & the front which is in two parts.Take a look a the diagram & let us know which parts is broken then we will try to help you out ,but in the meantime I'll take a guess #2 rigth side if your facing the motor.
