I have found the best way to remove aftermarket stuff is to trace the wires back, look for where they tap into and splice the factory wires, and try to restore the factory connections.

And make sure the car still starts after you cut each wire!

They probably use the relays to switch the ignition and/or fuel pump, so be careful around those.
