nope - Over 15yrs means no RIV program, newer mean it enter the program and has to be a qualified car - take a look at their website:
Registrar of Imported Vehicles
It lists each car and any modifications that are required.
Some cars, either not meant for the US market or other specialized cars, may not be eligible to be imported - ie US market Lotus Elises
