Yes, everything (relays, wiring, ect..) are good, ive wired straight to the pump with a jumper box and it makes a kicking sound, does not run, and after about 2 minutes it it too hot to touch. The car has been sitting for a while, as why it might be stuck/ have died. And no i do not have any diagrams at all. Thanks!!
