If anyone thinks the road work will be done on Monday morning,
he or she hasn't lived and or driven in Los Angeles and the San Fernando valley much. I would not be surprised to see the work going into Tuesday. Or at least only two lanes open, so beware of side street parking tickets/signs and large concrete holes if someone makes a mistake.
