The invitation is there, but the product won't be available for interstate commerce. That would be a violation of federal regulation. It's a fight over the 10th and states rights. Mr. Pointy Boots (Perry) can't stand the fed, and loves to push back. I like it, but seriously doubt a manufacturer is willing to take on the challenge given a potential fed violation.
