Tilton? Starter
Alan Johnson USA (California) sells a high torque starter for the 911 for $495. Don't know if it is a Tilton.
I tried to get one for my 914 and sourced a VW parts warehouse selling a similar starter for $171 (Kustom 1 Warehouse, 1314 W. Collins Ave, Orange, CA 92867) but it didn't fit the 914 without some trunk modification (sheetmetal cutting-which I didn't do).
