Honestly the clutch is about two feet from you in the cabin and the throwout bearing is always going to make some noise. Depending on how loud it is it might be normal bearing wear. The only way you're going to figure this one out for sure is going to be by disassembling the clutch at this point. Does it make the noise at idle in neutral with the clutch out and then going away when you depress the clutch? You need not be moving to hear throwout bearing noise.
