This is the bomb, but I always use Carnation malted milk, maybe even toss some semi sweet chocolate chips.
I like to freeze a banana, milk, malt, Hershey's syrup, hit it with the Braun multimixer thing and in about 30 seconds you have a milkshake. Peel the banana, break it up and wrap with saran wrap overnight, I usually use the plastic wrap a few times, when I get on a banana shake kick. Reminds me, gotta put one in now.
