From what anyone can tell, the fuel rail has no benefit in a stock D-Jet application, and likely has no benefit even in a "performance" application.
Oddly, the wing is actually useful, but mostly just on the track. On the road, it's unlikely to be of any value. 914's aren't like 911's, which really benefit (better stability) from a whale tail at speeds as low as 80 mph, even in a straight line. On the road, a 914 tail just cuts down your top speed and lowers your gas mileage.
