Since there so many Porsche models available, I would suggest that you first personally decide on what type (street or race; classic or modern types) Porsches to collect. That way you would not end up with a collection of models that looks as if you have arbitrarily amassed with no focus. I have been collecting Porsche models for several years and I currently have a small collection of 140 1:43 scaled models, with main focus on podium finish classic racers, ducktailed 911, and a few modern street models.

Spark and Minichamps are good 1:43 modelers.
