that be sweet if the tique can penetrate .. it would definately soften.
trouble is the leather pores may not be open to recieve it, if thats the case something has to be used to break the sealants,waxes... down to leather, a degreaser leather deglazer.

if redying a acetone is used but could/does take some dye out, which is ok if redying too.
*SAFETY (emphasized) fumes/ventilation. scrub down dont miss any shineys and repaint with foam brush or spray can dyes .. now evenness coats? then clear coating to protect seal shine . maybe paint that has gloss? anyway

MP urs look great color, im sure its the feeling dry hard, keep us posted on whatcha did and what it does.
