1. Recaro sliders
2. BK or Recaro side mounts (I prefer Recaro for the looks)
3. 964 RS side mount bolt for stock seat belt mounting (can I successfully mount these on the Recaro side mounts)?
4. A couple of 3mm washers (what diameter inner and outer)?
5. GT3 sub belt bar (also compatible with Recaro side mounts)?

Anything I am missing besides the seats and harness?
1) Recaro or oem non power seat sliders are best
2) BK side-mounts are made from SS and are very sturdy but also very heavy and very difficult to modify, and you will need to modify them. I had the benefit of a fully equiped machine shop and machinist when I did mine, it was still a major PIA. Recaro has both mild steel and aluminum. I used aluminum FIA certified on mine.
3) yes, they go between the slider and side-mount, you will need to drill bolt holes, I used low profile bolts on mine(I think M8)
4) the 3mm washers are oem parts, 999.025.231.03 washer 8x27x3, I used 4 on each seat, you need a minimum of 3 per seat
5) GT3 sub bar, 996.521.933.90 1 per seat, the ends are also 3mm thick and match the above washers and RS tunnel side belt mount, all are sandwiched between the sliders and side-mounts

for mounting the 6pt harness you first need to decide if the oem 3 point belts are going to be retained. If so you need a door side clip that bolts to the stock door side bolt position, I used Rennline's version. On the tunnel side use the RS part for the stock 3 point receiver and use a separate pad eye bolted through the floor for the harness mount. Be sure that there is a straight unimpeded run for the subs and shoulder belts to the mounts, some seats have poorly positioned or too small holes for some physiques. On the laps by sure that there is freedom of the locking bars to move w/o contacting the side holes. You need to be able to loosen and freely tighten the belts while strapped in, this can't be done if the mechanism interferes w/ the seat shell.
