Base on people's comments in the video at the scene, he didn't resist and cops were on top of him. Cops were beating him up and screaming "stop resisting"... and now he's DEAD.

I am not saying that all cops are bad. There are many good cops out there, and there are bad one too. These particular cops sound like bad gangsters with badges.

BTW tasers have been tested over and over far beyond tasing a human or animal 5 times.
