The 911 horns have a single mounting bolt at the back of the horn that bolts through a hole. 2 horns, so you need 2 holes to bolt them to. My fender bracket had two holes, with two extending metal pieces bolted to it. On the end of each of those, was the horn bolted. I simply reversed the direction of the extending metal pieces, and mounted the horns back on them. I actually did get new horns, too, from Autozone. Cheapy high / low tones for $21.
OSU area has changed a lot, even since I graduated, 14 years ago.
