Then they use that thing on the shoulders called a brain, and invent a secret language between themselves. It takes creativity, but the youth can do that sort of thing so I've heard.
No adult has taught them pig latin or a different language. They don't know it exists. And they don't need to, because they're already independant and ready for the real world with their trusty little electronic gizmo.
