He'll string you along after you reply with the info requested. Eventually one of two things will happen. He will ask for money in some way or he will get info from you to steal your identity. Anyone, or most, looking to buy a high end car like the one he mentions likely has money to steal if they can get the right info from you. It's a scam and you know it...goood...these are the things I see right off the bat.
