I've taken some long drives in the car and never heard this noise before.

2003 S, new to me.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.
It's possible when your tires are hot and you are standing still while turning the wheel you will get an awfull noise depending on what kind of tires you have. I would not be too concerned since your fluid level is correct.
