See above. The other car was one step shy of full race. He was simply pointing out that a 951 isn't going to be the fastest thing at the track anymore.

Read what he wrote, and this time pay attention. He said that no-one had "tuned" a 951 to 4-500 horsepower. And that's absolutely true. Getting 400 to 500 hp out of a 951 requires a hell of a lot more than just a "tune." For those numbers you're getting into things like a stroker crankshaft, an aftermarket turbo, and a custom engine management system. That's not a "tune," that's a full race build. A "tune" is what he described, little more than a chip and exhaust, things that can be done without ever opening up the engine.
