1) Wikipedia is not a good primary source.
2) The phrase "engine tuning" does not mean that any work done to an engine is a "tune." Adding a chip is a "tune." Replacing the crankshaft is not. Just calling chipping a car "engine tuning" doesn't change the fact that adding a stroker crank is not a "tune."
Sorry kiddo, but when you talk with people who have decades of experience, a "tune" is something you can do without having to crack the block and you're just plain not going to get a 951 into the 400-500 hp range without a full on race build for the engine.
