It just needs some TLC, and to be driven.

They all leak oil, to one extent or another. try to pinpoint where the oil's leaking from. Then if it gets too bad, replace whatever gasket/seal is leaking.

Where does your car run with coolant? Two cups below the "Min" line? Or two cups below the "Max?"

Was the car completely burped? If it wasn't, that'd be one place coolant could go (as air came out).

If a shop pressure tested it and couldn't find a leak, and if it's not burping, it's probably coming out the overflow when it's hot. All cars have a different equilibrium point; if yours is happy at 2 cups low and doesn't go lower, I wouldn't worry about it.
