If the powder trick doesn't work, try epoxying the wrench into the bolt with some JB weld. Let dry overnite. That should give you enough grip to loosen the bolt. If you spray the allen wrench with oil before setting it in place, you should be able to wriggle it out of the bolt once it is loose.
