Hopefully not too flat. As Milt says, the approved way of roofing a flat roof is torch on. When we do one, we do a bomb proof affair with two torched layers and a rigid underlayment. Unlike on a pitched roof, the water tracks all over the place so no matter how much felt you lay down any water that may get through will eventually find it's way to your sheathing. Cheers
