I am concerned about the possibility of a stealth helicopter and a nuclear warhead both being in Pakistani hands, where they could easily both get into the hands of an extremist group, which would be very, very bad for Israel.

China would profit mightily off of being able to sell stealth helicopters to Iran/Pakistan/Syria/etc.

It would not be good for Israel at all. It's only a matter of time before a nuke warhead ends up in the hands of a terror group or a de facto terror group (like Iran's government) assuming it hasn't already happened. If so, the only thing standing in the way of very bad things happening is a delivery method. A stealth anything (helicopter, plane, etc.) would be ideal for any group nuts enough to want a warhead - and there are plenty of them out there.
