check the shafts for wobble. then condition of the bores where the butterflies meet the bore(an indication of worn shaft bushings.) if they need to be machined, that gets pricey and would be considered cores. i think they could go from $200 to $400 depending on the buyer.
if they don't need machine work and only gasket sets, they are worth much more. again depending on what the buyer will pay. prices are all over the place. for top dollar ($1000, $1200ish) a buyer would expect all of the hardware to be freshly plated, clean and in need of no work.
assuming no machine work is needed on this set, i think $400-$600 would be a fair price. $600 might even be a little tough to get since they will at least need to come apart and have new gaskets installed, and be thoroughly cleaned- it's basically an unknown set of cores; however, they've been sitting for a while, so they may not be in need of machine work-a big factor.

for example, i have an excellent set in need of no work and decent plating that i plan to try to get about $800 out of. i may even be shooting a little high.
